These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZapHub, the website at zaphub.xyz and every related service operated by Zap Project ("Zap Project", "we", "us" or "our"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use ZapHub.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By visiting our website, generating a key, purchasing a Premium License or running ZapHub, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy, which together form a binding agreement between you and Zap Project.
2. Definitions
- ZapHub or the Product: the ZapHub script hub, its loader, user interface, features and updates, in both its free and paid forms.
- Free Key: a temporary access key, valid for 24 hours, obtained at no cost by completing the checkpoints listed on our Get Key page.
- Premium License: a paid license that grants access to ZapHub without checkpoints and unlocks Premium-only features. It is offered as Premium License 30 Days, Premium License 90 Days and Premium License Lifetime.
- Key: the unique access code that activates a Free Key or a Premium License. Keys remain the property of Zap Project.
- HWID: the hardware identifier of the device on which a key is used.
- Official Store: the Zap Project Store at zapproject.sell.app.
- Official Resellers: the independent stores listed on our Resellers page.
3. Eligibility and age
- You must be at least 13 years old to use ZapHub.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only purchase a Premium License with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- You must not use ZapHub if you have previously been banned from it, or if doing so is prohibited by the laws that apply to you.
4. License to use
- Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use ZapHub for your own non-commercial use.
- Each key is intended for one person. You may not share, lend, sell, resell, rent or give away your key, your access or any part of the Product without our prior written consent.
- All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Zap Project.
5. Free Key access
- Free Keys are obtained by completing checkpoints operated by third-party providers. These checkpoints may show advertising and are subject to the providers' own terms and privacy policies.
- A Free Key is valid for 24 hours, is linked to your HWID and gives access to free features only.
- Bypassing, automating, skipping or otherwise manipulating the checkpoints is strictly prohibited and may lead to the permanent blacklisting of your HWID and any related keys.
6. Premium License
6.1 Plans and duration
- Premium License 30 Days and Premium License 90 Days grant access for 30 or 90 consecutive days, respectively.
- The license period starts at the first activation of your key, which happens on whichever of the following occurs first: (a) you redeem the key through the Redeem Key button of the ZapHub Premium panel in our Discord server, or (b) you run ZapHub using that key for the first time. Time keeps running whether or not you use ZapHub and cannot be paused.
- Premium License Lifetime grants access for the lifetime of the Product, meaning for as long as Zap Project continues to offer and maintain ZapHub. It does not refer to the lifetime of the purchaser. If ZapHub is permanently discontinued, Lifetime licenses end at that time, subject to the Refund Policy.
6.2 HWID binding
- When a Premium License key is first used, it is linked to your HWID. If you change devices or your HWID changes, you can request a reset through the ZapHub Premium panel in our Discord server once your key is redeemed there.
- We may limit how often HWID resets can be requested in order to prevent key sharing.
6.3 Features
- Premium-only features may vary between supported games and may change over time as games are updated. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will remain available for the full duration of your license, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Product working as described on our website.
7. Purchases and resellers
- Premium Licenses can be purchased through the Official Store or through an Official Reseller. Prices are shown in US dollars at the time of purchase and may change at any time. Price changes never affect licenses that have already been purchased.
- Payments made through the Official Store are processed by third-party providers such as sell.app, PayPal and cryptocurrency payment processors. We never receive your full card or bank details.
- Official Resellers are independent businesses. They set their own payment methods and checkout terms, and they are responsible for the payments they collect. Your use of ZapHub is always governed by these Terms, no matter where you bought your key.
- Keys obtained from anyone other than the Official Store or an Official Reseller are unauthorized. We may revoke them without notice and we are not responsible for any money paid for them.
- Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.
8. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to, and not to help anyone else to:
- share, publish, sell or resell keys, or use a key that was not issued to you;
- reverse engineer, decompile, deobfuscate, dump, modify, crack or attempt to extract the source code of ZapHub or its loader;
- bypass or interfere with the key system, the checkpoints, HWID checks or any other security or licensing measure;
- redistribute ZapHub, re-host the loader or present the Product, or any part of it, as your own;
- attack, overload or disrupt our website, servers, key system or Discord server;
- use ZapHub to harass, scam or harm other players, or for any unlawful purpose;
- open fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes, or impersonate Zap Project, our staff or our resellers.
9. Third-party platforms and risk
- ZapHub is an independent product. Zap Project is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation, BIG Games or the developers of any supported game. All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.
- Using third-party scripts or executors may breach the Roblox Terms of Use and the rules of individual games, and may lead to warnings, item or progress removal, suspension or a permanent ban of your Roblox account. You are solely responsible for your Roblox account and for deciding whether to use ZapHub.
- ZapHub requires a third-party executor that we do not develop or control. We are not responsible for executors, their safety or their availability.
10. Updates and availability
- We aim to release updates so that ZapHub keeps working with the latest versions of supported games. Game updates can temporarily break individual features, and we cannot guarantee a specific fix time.
- We may add, change or remove features, add or drop support for a game, or schedule maintenance at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access, revoke your keys or blacklist your HWID, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, abused the Product or harmed our community, resellers or business.
- Keys revoked because of a breach of these Terms are not eligible for a refund.
- You may stop using ZapHub at any time. Sections 8, 9 and 12 to 17 survive any termination.
12. Intellectual property
ZapHub, including its code, loader, interface, design, names, logos and documentation, is the exclusive property of Zap Project and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZapHub is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific in-game results or that the Product will be undetected, uninterrupted or free of errors.
14. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zap Project will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of in-game items, currency, progress, accounts or data, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, ZapHub.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to ZapHub is limited to the amount you paid for the Premium License concerned in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zap Project and its team from any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Product.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version is published on this page with an updated date, and significant changes are announced in our Discord server. Changes do not apply retroactively. By continuing to use ZapHub after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
17. General provisions
- Consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the Product.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Zap Project regarding ZapHub.
