This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Zap Project ("Zap Project", "we", "us" or "our") collects when you visit zaphub.xyz, get a key, buy a Premium License, run ZapHub or contact our support, and how we use and protect it. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
Zap Project develops and operates ZapHub and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us through our official Discord server.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Purchase information: when you buy through the Official Store we receive your email address, order ID, the plan purchased, the amount and the payment status. Payments are handled by sell.app, PayPal or a cryptocurrency processor, and we do not receive your full card number, bank details or PayPal password.
- Support information: when you open a ticket or message us on Discord we receive your Discord username and ID and anything you choose to share, such as order references, keys or screenshots.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Key and license data: to issue, validate and protect keys, our licensing provider (Luarmor) processes your key, your HWID, your IP address, the dates and number of executions, the key status and, if you redeem your key in our Discord server, your Discord user ID.
- Technical data from the script: limited technical information needed to run and support ZapHub, such as the executor in use, the supported game being played and error reports.
- Website data: our website does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies. Like any website, the servers that deliver it, including our hosting provider and Google Fonts, receive your IP address, browser type and the page requested.
2.3 Information from third parties
- If you buy from an Official Reseller, the reseller processes your purchase under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment details from resellers.
- Checkpoint providers used for Free Keys may tell us whether a checkpoint was completed.
3. How we use your information
- Delivering the Product: issuing and validating keys, activating Premium Licenses, handling HWID resets and keeping ZapHub running.
- Security and anti-abuse: detecting key sharing, checkpoint bypassing, fraud, chargeback abuse and other breaches of our Terms.
- Support: answering tickets, verifying purchases and processing refund requests.
- Improving ZapHub: understanding which games and features are used and fixing errors.
- Legal obligations: keeping records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes, and responding to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Legal bases
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract to provide your key or license; our legitimate interests in securing the Product, preventing abuse and improving ZapHub; legal obligations for record keeping; and your consent where it is required, which you can withdraw at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with providers that help us run ZapHub, and only as far as needed:
- Luarmor, for key management and license validation;
- sell.app, PayPal and cryptocurrency processors, for payments on the Official Store;
- Discord, where our community, support tickets and Premium panel are hosted;
- work.ink and similar checkpoint providers, for Free Keys;
- hosting and content delivery providers, for serving our website and loader.
Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, to protect the rights and safety of our users or of Zap Project, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the Product. We do not share your personal information with resellers or other developers because of a payment dispute.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
zaphub.xyz does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Third-party services that you reach through our website, such as checkpoint providers, payment pages, the Official Store, resellers and Discord, may use cookies and similar technologies under their own policies. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings.
7. International transfers
Our team and our providers may be located in countries other than yours, such as the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by our providers, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information when it is transferred.
8. Data retention
- Key and license data: kept while your key is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to prevent abuse, then deleted or anonymized. HWIDs linked to a breach of our Terms may be kept on a blacklist for as long as needed to enforce it.
- Purchase records: kept for as long as required for accounting, tax, refund and dispute purposes.
- Support tickets: kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and handle follow-ups, unless Discord retains them longer under its own policies.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your key private: anyone who has it can try to use it.
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your information, unless we must keep it for legal reasons;
- restrict or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise these rights, open a ticket in our official Discord server. We may ask you to verify your identity, for example with your order ID or key, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law, normally within 30 days. Please note that deleting key or license data may make it impossible for us to keep providing your license.
11. Children
ZapHub is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Users under the age of majority must have a parent or guardian's permission to make a purchase.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page with its date, and significant changes are announced in our Discord server.
